Temps Are Rising

We are moving towards a temp and freelance economy.  I wrote about this topic recently. This article focuses on how companies will use temps and temp agencies to get around the Healthcare Act.

 

Business's Real Problem: Uncertainty, Uncertainty, Uncertainty

Uncertainty is certainly freezing decisions with bigger companies. I think some smaller companies are holding off too (even if just subconsciously). Given Congress' track record of not doing much of anything over the past few years, I am not sure that politicians will take the actions necessary to provide more clarity. Given that, what's your plan to hedge against, or leverage uncertainty?
