He is a LEED AP and currently a member of the construction group at Arent Fox LLP in New York, where his practice focuses exclusively on servicing the design, construction, and real estate industries in both litigation and transactional matters, with particular emphasis on the emerging legal and regulatory issues associated with green building. Before joining Cooper, Mr. Goulding was a vice president of Dover Corporation, a seven billion dollar sales NYSE diversified industrial manufacturer with a billion dollar HVAC business. Winston, PE is Vice President, Technical Services at The Durst Organization where he oversees the installation and evaluation of sustainable energy, water and indoor environmental quality for 11 million square feet of Class “A” commercial and high-end residential buildings.
