Editorial/Production Assistant
Lindsay Tigar joined The New York Enterprise Report in March 2010. Previously, Tigar interned at Cosmopolitan magazine in New York, NY and Sophie magazine in Asheville, NC. She also moved up the ranks at Appalachian State University's newspaper, The Appalachian, serving as a lifestyles reporter, lifestyles editor and the associate editor for content.
Tigar became interested in journalism at a young age, and has contributed to various websites and publications including Seventeen.com, The Beauty Bean.com, and Engagement 101 magazine. She also served as the Editor-at-Large for ChickSpeak.com.
While at Appalachian State, Tigar helped plan the Women's Leadership Conference each year, and was involved in the community service office and Greek life. Tigar graduated at the top of her journalism class at Appalachian State in December of 2009. She currently resides in New York, NY.
