Really Insightful Leadership Tips: Part III

- "Act from the future." Leadership speaker Pat Murray saw this on the wall of the prominent banking and diplomat Wallenberg family company offices in Sweden. I really like this one. Once in a while I try to shut my eyes and think about what the marketplace will look like in a year and then figure out how we need to change strategy and tactics.

- "Leaders get paid to make choices." And as Norm Brodsky says, "If you don’t chose, someone will chose for you." 

- "Every leader has more to attend to than she has time." Hearing that was certainly validation!
