Taxes & Hidden Fees Adding Up

I was recently quoted in a New York Post article titled “Tax Cuts: Job No. 1.” The article is about why increased lending is not necessarily what all small businesses need right now. Here is my quote from the article: “The city's small business owners have limited visibility on an economic recovery, but certainly see the prospects of higher city, state and federal taxes as well as other hidden fees." My friend Jay Trien said that lower taxes would help small businesses more than government programs. Thoughts?
