How Small Businesses are Cutting Costs

There’s a great article in The Wall Street Journal about how small businesses around the country are saving money during these tough times. Mainly, the current state of the economy has made re-negotiations the norm, giving owners more opportunities to cut at least some of their operational costs.  If you’ve found an effective or unique way to save your company money, I’d love to hear about it.
