Inner City Capital Connections, a free program that helps urban companies grow and find new capital, is now accepting applications for their program until October 19th. Companies accepted to the program will receive education on investment and equity, and will be matched with investors who can help them grow.

The program, sponsored by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City and Bank of America, is designed to stimulate the flow of capital to inner city businesses. To be eligible for the program, companies must be headquartered in or have the majority of their physical operations presence in an economically distressed urban area, have revenues of more than $2 million in 2011, or have 40 percent of their employees located in an economically distressed urban area.
