Alan Wink, Director Capital Markets, EisnerAmper - Alan has 20 years of financial and consulting experience, having served as Director of the Interfunctional Management Consulting Program at Rutgers Graduate School of Management, a program he helped build into one of the largest business school-based management consulting practices in the country. He started his career in accounting, spending six years on the audit staff of a Big 4 accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company. Alan left the accounting field to expand his horizons in the area of Corporate Finance. Alan holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Business Administration from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Ann Kayman, CEO, New York Grant Company- The New York Grant Company was founded in 2002 by CEO, Ann Kayman, Esq. Previously, Ann served in the Giuliani and Bloomberg Administrations as chief of Business Development for the City of New York and Senior Vice President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation. She has 13 years experience in economic development and 26 years experience as a lawyer, with expertise in commercial leasing, tax, statutory and regulatory compliance, and the administrative process. Ann was voted "2009 Enterprising Woman of the Year" by Enterprising Women Magazine

Donald DiMartini, SBA Director, Citibank - Donald DiMartini is the SBA Director for Citibank in New York. For more than 19 years Don has worked with small businesses throughout the United States and Puerto Rico specializing in government guaranteed (SBA) credit programs, economic development, commercial banking and small business management. His experience includes loan program design, credit policy, marketing, underwriting, operations and management for corporate and non-profit business environments. A New York City native, Don attended Bennington College in Vermont and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.

Andrea Yonah, East Coast Representative, U.S.-Israel Binational Industrial R&D (BIRD) Foundation- The foundation offers funding of up to $1 million to U.S. and Israeli companies that jointly develop and commercialize innovative technologies. Andrea is responsible for initiating business matchmaking activities between Israeli and American companies, business development, strategic growth initiatives and relationship management with East Coast companies. Prior to her position with the BIRD Foundation, Andrea served for eight years as Executive Director of the New Jersey-Israel Commission where she led programs that promoted the development of trade and investment, culture and educational exchange between New Jersey and Israel. Andrea holds a B.A. in Urban Affairs and Political Science from Barnard College, Colombia University and a Masters degree in Foreign Language Education/ESL from Tel-Aviv University.

Michael Moretti, SVP, Silicon Valley Bank – Michael Moretti runs Silicon Valley Bank's New York office. He is responsible for managing all relationship and business development activities with technology companies in the tri-state region. Prior to joining SVB in October 2003, Michael worked at LCconnect Inc., an online financial services company he co-founded in January 2000. Previously, Michael had been involved in the international, corporate and investment banking markets since 1982. Prior to starting LCconnect, Michael was co-head of Credit Lyonnais Securities' Corporate Advisory Group, which he started in 1995. Before joining Credit Lyonnais in 1991, Michael served nine years at the Irving Trust Company, which was subsequently acquired by the Bank of New York. There he worked in the corporate banking division from 1988 until 1991 and the international banking division from 1982 to 1988. Michael received a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
