Description	Professional organizers are no strangers to clients who procrastinate. People regularly hire organizers because they feel stuck and unable to create the desired changes in their homes and workplaces themselves. Sometimes, lack of knowledge keeps clients disorganized, other times the barriers are psychological. The more professional organizers understand the underlying dynamics of procrastination, the less stressful it is to get their clients unstuck and organized. Objectives:  Learn to identify the underlying reasons for client procrastination  Become aware of psychological dynamics that can increase procrastination  Build a toolkit of techniques that can be offered to clients Renate Reimann, Ph.D., owner of FreshLife Coaching, is a certified Personal Life Coach who specializes in moving people beyond procrastination and into action and success. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from The Graduate Center of the City University of New York and a Certificate in Personal and Life Coaching from New York University. NAPO members who do not belong to the NAPO-NY Chapter may attend meetings for a fee of $15.00. Other guests (no NAPO affiliation) may attend meetings for a fee of $25.00
