An attorney who, during 2011, made an outstanding impact servicing or advising his or her clients in a specific industry (Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, Professional Services, Technology, etc.) by utilizing his or her expertise in that industry, resulting in a successful outcome for the clients. The accountant who, during 2011, made an outstanding impact servicing or advising his or her clients, resulting in a successful outcome for the clients. The accounting firm that, during 2011, implemented processes or initiatives (e.g., internal training programs, communication, multi-practice area policies) to help its professionals provide outstanding service that resulted in successful outcomes for the clients.
