Greenwald is lauded for his creative approaches, which have saved his clients substantial time and money.
For example, in a recent harassment case in which a company was being sued by multiple employees, Greenwald managed to settle the “minor” cases cheaply, and then had the “major” case dismissed on summary judgment because of the absence of sufficient evidence. This strategic resolution of the case effectively saved the client’s business.
In another case, Greenwald was able to help a non-union commercial contractor defeat claims filed against it by would-be union organizers, and also to legally defeat underhanded union organizing tactics. Remaining unionfree allowed the contractor to maintain flexibility and competitive advantage; as a result, the company has continued to prosper during these hard economic times for contractors.
In addition to his client work, Greenwald is also in high demand as a speaker for seminars and workshops because of his gift for clearly explaining legal concepts. He has contributed numerous articles to business and trade organization publications (including NY Report, visit RL# 72331).
