& Co.’s Healthcare Services division, is a standout in the field.

Pellitteri’s relationship-focused client service model has created significant savings for clients. Notably, one client—a Long Island–based healthcare practice with roughly $5 million in revenue and 24 employees—benefitted tremendously from the quarterly meetings he held (a service rarely performed by other professionals).

This proactive approach allowed Pellitteri to identify time-sensitive tax issues, such as a $500,000 tax liability on a piece of real estate that the client was able to defer through a like-kind exchange.
