A recent survey by Right Management found that more than half of North American companies that responded anticipate a slight or significant increase in employee turnover in the next five years.

The global average of respondents anticipating a slight or significant increase of employee turnover was slightly less. About one third of respondents globally anticipated no change, and only 14 percent of respondents globally anticipated a decrease in turnover.
