A new way for budding entrepreneurs to attract funding

Silicon Valley-based business, Equidity, helps entrepreneurs find institutional investors launched technology last week to help lesser-known start-ups find funding easier. This technology will highlight hundreds of start-ups that don't have street-name success like Groupon, Facebook, and Twitter. With this new approach, Equidity hopes to help those companies that may be too big to attract venture capitalist, yet are not well-known enough to be traded on private exchanges like SecondMarket or SharePost.
