In February, we spoke to Stephen Krein, the CEO of OrganizedWisdom, a digital media company focused on health and wellness. In addition to setting themselves apart from competitors by providing expert and medical professional-approved content through their site, OrganizedWisdom, they have also adapted the virtual office company. Their eight full-time-employee strong team is located all over the country, from New York, Philadelphia, and Boston, to Columbia, SC and Fort Worth, TX.
The perks of having scattered employees, according to Krein, includes building trust and autonomy. "Our company culture is very collaborative," he says. "We don't care about what time you come in or what time you leave. In fact, there's people spread out around the country, and we don't know when you start working and stop working, other than when you log into IM, but we don't care. What we do care about is results."
