I just had a short call with Tom Hogan of Level 1 Resources, an executive search company focused on finance and accounting professionals. Given what he does, Tom has great insight into the minds of employees. He said many employees are very unhappy where they are right now and when the economy improves a bit more, will be eagerly looking for new opportunities. We have all lost good talent and know how it can impact your company. So now is the time to make sure your top people are happy.
